Controller and contact details
The data controller responsible for this informational website is Quazrelxnlox, located at 7179 Mill St Ext, Springwater, NY 14560, United States. Telephone: +1 585 669 2141. Electronic mail: ask@quazrelxnlox.world Public website: https://quazrelxnlox.world/
Purpose and legal bases
We process personal data to operate this static site, respond to voluntary inquiries, document consent for optional cookies or similar technologies, and meet legal duties where applicable. Legal bases under the GDPR, where it applies, may include consent (Article 6(1)(a)), performance at your request prior to a contract or correspondence (Article 6(1)(b), analog for inquiries), and legitimate interests in securing the site and understanding aggregate interest in our informational materials (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights. U.S. visitors may also rely on comparable transparency duties under state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, where applicable.
Categories of data
Depending on your interaction, we may process identifiers such as name and email address, the content of messages, technical connection logs provided by hosting infrastructure, device and browser metadata, and records of consent decisions along with timestamps. We do not operate user accounts on this static project. Optional analytics or marketing technologies will process limited technical data only if you enable them through the cookie interface.
Special categories
We do not ask you to share especially private personal records beyond ordinary contact purposes. Avoid including identifiable notes of an intimate personal nature that you prefer not to send by email at your own risk. Such unsolicited detail is deleted when noticed unless a narrow legal retention duty applies.
Sources and recipients
Data arrives directly from you by email client when you send messages to our address or through fields if a future server-side handler is deployed. Hosting providers, messaging services, and optional analytics vendors may receive data strictly to perform services under written agreements. We do not sell personal information as defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
When you load pages, your browser may contact third-party content delivery networks to retrieve fonts and icon stylesheets (for example, Google Fonts and Font Awesome on CDN). Those providers may receive technical data such as IP address and request headers under their own privacy notices; we do not control their logging practices.
If you reach this site through paid search or display advertising, the advertising platform (for example, Google Ads) may process data according to its policies and any choices you have made in your account or device settings; that processing is generally independent of our static pages unless we later embed measurement tags with your consent.
International transfers
If tools involve servers outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms and provide copies of relevant summaries on request where required.
Retention
Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to complete the dialogue and maintain legitimate records, typically not beyond twenty-four months unless a discrete obligation requires longer. Consent logs for cookies and similar technologies align with regulatory guidance and are refreshed when you change choices. Server logs follow the retention window defined by infrastructure partners, commonly rolling thirty to ninety days.
Security
We require encrypted transport for visitors, apply least-privilege access among operational roles, and favor minimal data collection for an informational surface. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely risk-free; we nevertheless endeavor to follow proportionate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EEA or, where applicable, with a U.S. state regulator. To exercise rights, email ask@quazrelxnlox.world with subject line “Data rights request” and describe the action sought. We verify identity proportionately before fulfilling requests.
U.S. state privacy rights (including California)
If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding personal information, subject to exceptions in applicable statutes and regulations. This section summarizes common themes; it does not list every nuance of every state law.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA/CPRA”) or similar state laws, and we do not sell personal information of minors under sixteen.
Sharing / targeted advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration as described under CCPA/CPRA. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required controls or links (for example, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link where applicable).
Sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA (for example, precise geolocation, health data, or government identifiers) through ordinary browsing of this site. Please do not send such information by email unless we explicitly request it.
Your California rights. California residents may, subject to exceptions, request to know categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and receive information about certain disclosures. You may designate an authorized agent using written permission; we may verify the agent’s authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. Financial incentives: we do not offer paid incentives tied to the collection, retention, or sale of personal information.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comparable laws (including, where applicable, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Minnesota) may have rights to confirm processing, access, delete, correct, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We honor applicable requests to the extent required for our operations.
Appeals. Where state law provides a right to appeal our response to a request, you may email us with the subject line “Privacy request appeal,” describe your prior request, and explain why you disagree with our decision. We will explain our reasoning in any required follow-up.
Nevada. Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain categories of personal information we might collect; we currently do not sell such information as defined under Nevada law.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). California regulations recognize the GPC signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing in many contexts. This repository version is static HTML without server-side processing of headers, so we do not automatically read GPC on each request. If we introduce tags or scripts that constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under CCPA/CPRA, we will implement technically appropriate recognition of GPC and similar legally recognized signals before those features go live, and we will update this policy accordingly.
Children
This site addresses adults who can lawfully consent in their jurisdiction. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Updates
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where consent is not required by law, revised terms may apply prospectively after notice; for California and other states with stricter rules, we will not infer consent from continued use where the law requires an explicit action. Cookie choices remain governed by the cookie policy and your browser controls.
